Under law number 6493 of payment and securities settlement systems, in the sub-paragraph (a), (b) and (c) of article 12 of the law of payment services and E-money institutions.

With that permission, Vepara provides payment services as a licensed payment institution. With the license of the Central Bank of Turkey, within the framework of law 6493.
